Founded by Nick Garvey, BHD brings 25 years of experience across construction, defence and infrastructure into a service built for the scale and pace of SME contractors.
That includes commercial leadership on a £443 million MOD programme, where a £9 million forecast outturn reduction was achieved. The point is not the size of the programme. It is the discipline behind the decisions — and how it can be made useful to a smaller business.
